LogiFlow User Guide

LogiFlow is a system for managing freight transportation: from a client's request to the financial settlement with the carrier. This guide will help you understand how to work with the system depending on your role.

LogiFlow is a multi-company system: each company's data is isolated, and employees of one company never see another company's requests, shipments, finances, or counterparties. What exactly you see and can do is determined by your role.

What you'll find in this guide

  • Getting started — how to log in, what you see on the screen, who can do what (roles and permissions), where to begin depending on your job.
  • Logistics — requests, shipments, multimodal transportation, statuses, files.
  • Finances — operations, postings, bills, accounts receivable.
  • Analytics — dashboard, reports, metric definitions.
  • Administration — setting up users, custom fields, reference data, print templates, notifications.
  • FAQ and troubleshooting — answers to common questions.

If this is your first time here

  1. Read Login and roles — how to log in, confirm your email, and what your role means.
  2. Take a look at Interface overview — what is on the screen and which sections are available to your role.
  3. Open Where to start depending on your role — it explains what a manager, warehouse worker, head, administrator, and client should do in the first 10-15 minutes after logging in, and includes the full permission matrix by role.
