Interface overview

After logging in to LogiFlow on a desktop you land on the Dashboard — the main screen with a summary of the company's work. The main menu is on the left; at the top there is a bar with the theme and language switchers, help, notifications, and your profile.

The interface depends on your role

The set of sections in the menu is determined by your role. If you don't see some section, it means your role has no access to it. This is normal and intentional, so that the interface is not overloaded. The full breakdown is in the Permission matrix by role.

Below are all menu items and the roles they are visible to. (The superuser — the platform administrator — sees everything.)

Menu itemWhat it isWho sees it
DashboardA summary of key metrics (requests, shipments, finances, debts).All roles
ShipmentsThe actual transportation runs carried out for the requests.All roles
RequestsClient enquiries for transportation: "cargo needs to be moved from A to B".All roles
FinancesIncoming and outgoing operations, postings.Administrator, Head, and also the Client — only their own operations (those on their requests and where they are the counterparty); they cannot create or post
Shipment calculationThe cost calculator — for a request or without a request, from manually entered weight and volume — plus the tariffs reference.Administrator, Head, Manager, and Client (for the manager and the client tariffs are view-only; the client also sees not the whole list). Not visible to the warehouse worker
BalanceCurrent balances of accounts and mutual settlements with counterparties.Administrator, Head
AnalyticsReports: profitability, carrier performance, receivables, multimodal analytics.Administrator, Head
Activity LogThe change history: who changed what and when.Administrator
UsersEmployees, clients, counterparties (tabs inside the section).Administrator, Head, Manager
SettingsCompany settings, billing, reference data, custom fields, print templates, notification types, interface theme.All roles (the scope of settings depends on the role)
"Shipment calculation" for the client

The client sees this menu item and uses the calculator, but only for their own requests and the tariffs available to them; they cannot change the reference. The only role that does not see the section at all is the Warehouse worker: the price of transportation is irrelevant to their work with the cargo.

The manager and finances

The manager does not see the Finances, Balance, and Analytics sections in the menu. Financial accounting and analytics in LogiFlow are handled by the Administrator and Head roles. The manager is focused on requests, shipments, and work with clients and counterparties. The Shipment calculation section is available to the manager: they calculate cost and view tariffs, but do not edit the reference.

For the platform administrator only (superuser)

Additionally, the sections Companies, Tariffs, and Subscriptions are available — managing all companies of the system and the service pricing grid. These sections are not visible to ordinary company employees.

The "Users" section

A single section with tabs:

  • Users — the employees of your company.
  • Clients — transportation customers.
  • Counterparties — carriers, suppliers, partners.

The set of editing permissions inside depends on the role (the manager's is narrower than the administrator's). See the Permission matrix and Managing users.

The top bar

In the top-right corner you will find:

  • Theme switcher — light and dark interface themes (details — Theme and color scheme).
  • Language switcher — Russian and English interface.
  • Help (book) — opens this guide.
  • Notifications (bell) — internal notifications: status changes, events on requests. The number on the icon is the count of unread ones. Clicking it shows the list of recent notifications and a link to all of them.
  • Profile (avatar with your name) — opens the "My Account" menu with the items "Profile" (a card with name, email, username, role, company data; "Change password" is there too) and "Logout" (signing out of the system). There is no separate "switch user" button — to log in under another account, click "Logout" and sign in again.

On the left of the bar the name of your company is displayed. For the platform administrator (superuser) there is a company switcher next to it.

Theme and color scheme

The appearance of LogiFlow is configured in two independent ways that combine with each other: the mode (light/dark) and the color scheme (the accent color of the interface).

Light and dark theme

The theme switcher in the top-right corner (the toggle next to the language selector) switches the interface between light and dark appearance. On the first login the mode is chosen automatically based on your operating system settings; after that your choice is remembered.

Color scheme (accent color)

It is opened in Settings → the "Documents and UI" area → "Theme", the "Color Scheme" page. The "Theme" section is available to all roles — every employee configures the look for themselves.

Preset schemes. Click a card and the accent color of the interface (buttons, links, highlights, and the side menu) is applied immediately:

  • Default (Standard) — the base blue palette.
  • Purple, Teal, Warm Amber, Indigo, Crimson, Emerald — the color schemes.
Status colors do not change

When you pick a scheme, the status colors — success (green), warning (yellow), error (red) — stay the same, so that warnings and errors always read identically. What changes is the brand accent.

Your own palette — the "Customize colors" button. It opens a mini editor where five color roles are set with a color picker: Primary, Secondary, Info, Success, Error. The "Save" button applies the set, the "Default" button resets everything to the standard palette. There is always exactly one active custom set; there is no separate library of named sets.

Theme settings are stored only in your browser

The selected theme, scheme, and custom colors are saved locally in this browser (just like table column settings) — they are personal:

  • they are not applied to other employees of the company (everyone configures their own look);
  • they do not carry over to another device or another browser;
  • they are reset when browser data is cleared.

This is interface appearance, not a company setting, so it is not stored on the server.

Theme in the mobile version

The mobile version (/mobile) has its own theme — with its own light/dark mode and color scheme (the same preset schemes). It is not synchronized with the desktop: the choices on the computer and on the phone are independent, and by default the mobile version opens in the dark theme.

There is no global search

There is no unified search across the whole system in the top bar. Search works inside each section separately — above the table of requests, shipments, finances, and so on. To find a record, open the relevant section and use the search there.

Tables and filters

Most LogiFlow sections are built around tables with filters: requests, shipments, financial operations, counterparties — everything is presented as a list that can be filtered by the fields you need.

General rules for working with tables:

  • Search at the top of the table searches the main fields (number, name, client name).

  • Filters — the Filters button above the table. Clicking it opens the list "Select a column to filter by"; you pick a column and set a condition according to its type:

    • text fields (number, description, comment) — enter a substring, filtering triggers as you type;
    • numeric (bill total, debt) — a "From … To" range;
    • dates (creation date, payment date) — a specific date or a range;
    • from a list (status, client, manager, currency, account/cash register, etc.) — tick one or several values with checkboxes; long lists have a search box.

    You can apply several filters at once across different columns — they act together (as AND), while several values within one column act as OR. Active filters are shown as badges above the table: the cross on a badge removes that column's filter, and the "Clear all" button resets them all. The set of columns available for filtering depends on the section and on your role (for example, the "Client" role does not see the client filter). Applied filters are remembered in your browser between sessions (as are column settings), but — with the exception of the link to the requests of a specific shipment — they are not passed through the address bar, which means you cannot simply copy the URL to show a colleague the same filtered selection.

  • Sorting — click the column header.

  • Column setup:

    • Hide/show columns — the ⚙ Columns button in the bottom bar of the table (next to the export buttons) opens the "Displayed columns" list with checkboxes.
    • Change the column order — drag the column header by the special marker (drag handle) to the position you need.
    • Change the column width — drag the edge of its header.
    • All of these settings (visibility, order, width) are stored in your browser (localStorage) — they will not carry over to another device or another browser, and they are reset when browser data is cleared.
  • Context menu (right-click on a row) — quick actions. The set of items depends on the section and permissions:

    • Requests: "Edit", "Delete", "Copy" (create a new request based on the current one).
    • Shipments: "Edit", "Delete".
    • Finances: "Edit", "Delete", "Post operation" / "Cancel posting", plus the "Create based on" block — create a bill or a payment based on the current operation (see Linking a bill and a payment). For a posted operation, "Edit" and "Delete" are unavailable until the posting is cancelled.

    "Edit" and "Delete" are available only if you have permission to manage the corresponding records.

  • Bulk operations — tick several rows with the checkboxes on the left. A panel with a summary of the selected rows will appear (count, totals, etc.). On the Requests page the button Change statuses and shipments is available (to all roles except the client) — it changes the status and the shipment link for a whole group of requests at once. There is no bulk "post/cancel" button for finances in the interface — posting is done for each operation separately (see Bulk operations in finances).

  • Export — the CSV and XLSX buttons in the bottom bar of the table. The whole current list is exported, with the filters applied; the file contains the visible columns (in the "Finances" section — a fixed set of columns). These are separate buttons, not an action on the selected rows.

Forms and modal windows

Creating and editing records in LogiFlow happens in modal windows — they open on top of the table and do not take you to a separate page.

  • Fields that are required are marked with an asterisk *.
  • If the form does not save, an error message will appear at the bottom or next to the specific field.
  • Pressing Esc or clicking the background of the window does not save the changes. To save, use the "Save" button at the bottom of the form.

Mobile version

LogiFlow is adapted for mobile devices. When you log in from a phone you are automatically taken to the mobile version at /mobile — a simplified interface convenient for work "in the field" (for example, at the warehouse).

note

The old address /mobile-front is no longer used as a standalone version — it automatically redirects to /mobile.

The full functionality is also available in the regular (desktop) interface from a phone, but the mobile version is more convenient for quick actions. For more on the warehouse worker's job, see Where to start.
