The LogiFlow mobile version
LogiFlow has a separate interface for phones — not a shrunken copy of the desktop but its own set of screens with large buttons, swipes and a stack-style navigation, the way mobile apps work.
It opens at /mobile on the same site: https://lk.logiflow.ru/mobile. The login and password are the same — no separate registration needed.
The mobile version was written for the warehouse worker: receive the cargo, photograph the packages, change the status — standing by the truck rather than at a desk. Other roles use it too, but their main tool is the desktop. What the warehouse does on a phone has its own article: Warehouse work from a phone.
What is available on a phone
Five screens:
| Screen | What is there |
|---|---|
| Home | A greeting and quick actions — tiles leading into the sections |
| Shipments | The list of shipments, a shipment card, creation and status changes |
| Requests | The list of requests, a request card, packages, photos, files |
| Finances | The list of operations and an operation card |
| Settings | The theme and colour scheme of the mobile interface, password change |
The Finances section in the mobile menu is visible to the administrator, the head and the client. It is not shown to managers and warehouse workers — same as on the desktop.
In the header of the finances list the client has a balance button: it opens a per-currency summary — how much the client owes the company or the company owes the client. The sign is the same as on the desktop: a minus means the client's debt.
The mobile version covers the daily work with cargo, not the whole system. There is no analytics, no tariff-based price calculation, no reference data, no users, no billing, no ETrN and no company settings. Those live on the desktop. The "Settings" item in the mobile menu leads to interface appearance and password change, not to company settings.
Navigation
The menu
The menu button opens a side panel. It holds the sections, the current user's role, and at the bottom "Help" (leading to the article on this site for the current section) and "Sign out".
Going back
Screens open as a stack, the way phone apps do: list → card. You can go back:
- with the "Back" button in the screen header;
- by swiping right from the left edge of the screen — the familiar iOS gesture;
- with the hardware Back button on Android.
From a card the way back always leads to its list, even if you arrived by a direct link.
Card swipes
A card in a list can be pulled to the left — actions appear underneath it (deletion, for example). Only one card can be open at a time: as soon as you pull another, the previous one closes.
To keep the gestures apart, the system distinguishes a horizontal drag (card actions) from a drag starting at the edge (going back).
Refreshing a list
The shipments, requests and finances lists refresh with a gesture: pull the list down from the very top — a spinner appears; release it and the list is re-read from the server. You have to pull from the start of the list: once you have scrolled down, the same gesture is ordinary scrolling.
Appearance
Settings → theme and colour:
- Light / dark theme. By default the mobile interface opens in the dark one.
- Six colour schemes: Purple, Teal, Warm amber, Indigo, Crimson, Emerald.
The choice is remembered in this browser on this device and does not carry over to the desktop or to another phone. The mobile theme is separate from the desktop one: changing the colour on the phone will not change the look on the computer.
Connectivity and offline
If the connection drops, a "No connection" banner appears at the top of the screen, and a short notice when it comes back. But you cannot work without a network: unsaved actions are not queued and will not be sent later. In a warehouse with a poor signal, wait for the network to return and repeat the action manually.
Installing LogiFlow as a standalone app with an offline cache is not possible either: offline storage is disabled.
The practical conclusion: do one action at a time and make sure it saved before moving on. Uploading a batch of photos in a weak-signal area is better split into several passes.
What to do if a screen looks broken
- Reload the page — pull the list down, or use the browser menu.
- Check the connection — the "No connection" banner does not appear instantly.
- Check for read-only mode — if the company's subscription is suspended or its contract is terminated, the system blocks any change, and the mobile version is no exception. Staff see a strip about it at the top of the screen, a client sees the message "Changing data is temporarily unavailable" when saving. See Read-only mode.
- Try the desktop — if the same problem is there, it is not about the mobile version.
