The AI assistant: a chat over the help site

In the bottom-right corner of every LogiFlow screen there is a round button with a robot. This is the support assistant — a chat that answers questions about working with the system, based on this very help site.

Who sees it

Company staff: the administrator, head, manager and warehouse worker. The widget is not shown to clients — the assistant is meant as an internal tool.

On top of that, the assistant is enabled per company. If it is off for you, the first question returns "The assistant is disabled for your company" — it is switched on by the LogiFlow platform administrator.

What it can do

The assistant reads the user help site — every article here — and answers from it:

  • how to do something: "how do I create a request", "how do I post an operation", "how do I sign an ETrN";
  • where things live: "where are services created", "where do I see a counterparty's balance";
  • what a term means: "what is DSO", "how does a request differ from a shipment";
  • why something is not working: "why does my request not save", "why does the calculation say 'no exchange rate'".

Every answer comes with links to the source articles — handy for checking the answer and reading further. Use them: the assistant's answer is a retelling, the article is the original.

What it cannot do

The assistant does not see your data

It knows nothing about your requests, shipments, balances or counterparties. It cannot answer "show my requests for May" or "why did this counterparty's balance double" — and it should not. It reads only the text of the help site.

A mode that works with account data is designed but not enabled yet.

It also declines questions unrelated to LogiFlow and does not invent features: if the help site has no answer, it says honestly that it did not find one and suggests contacting support. That answer is not a malfunction but a signal: most likely the help site genuinely lacks the article. Tell support about it so the gap gets closed.

Do not put personal data in the question

Before a question reaches the language model it is scanned for personal data. If the text contains a full name, tax ID, social security number, phone, email, address, card or bank account number, the assistant refuses to answer:

Please rephrase your question without personal data (names, tax IDs, phone numbers, addresses).

This is not pedantry but protection: the content of the question goes to an external language-model provider, and your clients' personal data must not end up there. Rephrase the question in general terms — "how do I change a counterparty's tax ID" instead of "change tax ID 7701234567 for Romashka LLC".

The check applies to the whole conversation history, not just the last message. If personal data got into the dialogue earlier, clear it with the reset button in the window header.

How the dialogue works

  • The assistant remembers the conversation: you can ask "and how do I cancel that?" after a previous question and it will understand.
  • The history lives until the tab is closed. Reloading the page (F5) keeps it; closing the tab or signing out wipes it. Nothing is stored on the server: LogiFlow keeps only numeric token-usage totals, without the content of dialogues.
  • The circular-arrow button in the header clears the dialogue and starts fresh.
  • The answer is typed out as it is generated — you do not have to wait for the whole thing.

Limits and errors

What you seeWhat it means
"The assistant is disabled for your company"The mode has not been enabled by the platform administrator
"Please rephrase your question without personal data"The personal-data check fired — see the section above
"The service is temporarily unavailable… see the help articles"The language-model provider is unreachable. The assistant returns links to the articles it found for your question — those work right now
"Session ended. Please sign in again"Your sign-in expired
Answers stopped arriving after a burst of quick questionsRate limit: 20 messages per minute per user. Wait a minute

Where to go if the assistant did not help

  1. Open the source article from the answer — it usually has more detail than the retelling.
  2. Use the help-site search — the search box in this site's header.
  3. Look into Troubleshooting — typical situations are worked through there.
  4. Write to support — support@logiflow.ru. If the assistant answered "not found in the help site", attach your question: it is a hint about which article is missing.
